A Visual Feast of 20th-Century Photography
A talk by Terence Sackett
Terence takes us on a beautifully illustrated journey through the stunning images of the 20th-century’s most celebrated photographers.
He will show us portraits, documentary, war, street, quirky, hilarious, tragic, and emotion-packed images. Terence’s talk will include insights into the working methods and inspiration of Ansel Adams, Cecil Beaton, Don McCullin, Robert Capa, Henri Cartier Bresson, Dorothea Lange, Man Ray, Bill Brandt, Chris Killip, Lee Miller, Martin Parr, and many, many more. It will also include early colour images by William Eggleston and Stephen Shore.
