Election of Trustees

The current Trustees, all of whom are retiring as required by the Constitution, are:

Susan Aubrey

Norma Frood

Mary Reece

Roger Stacey

Mary Reece does not wish to be re-elected but Susan Aubrey, Norma Frood and Roger Stacey are willing to stand for re-election. In addition, Catherine Christie and Eliza Sacket have been nominated for election. The Constitution allows for up to 12 Trustees.

Election of General Committee.

Review of subscriptions.

Any Other Business.

We wish to retain basic Covid precautions at this Meeting and we ask those attending to wear face coverings if at all possible. Through ventilation will be maintained in the Centre Hall, Reports will be provided in paper form or via email, and it is anticipated that the Meeting will be of short duration.
